1. Initial Setup and Wi-Fi Configuration

A. App Download and Account Setup
Download the App: Search for the TrueCloud App on the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
Install and Register: Install the app and follow the on-screen prompts to create a new user account.
Connecting the Camera to Wi-Fi
Most Trueview Wi-Fi cameras use a QR code or Bluetooth configuration process for easy setup.
Power On: Plug in your Trueview 2MP Wi-Fi Camera. Wait for it to power on and enter configuration mode (the LED indicator color/status will change, and the camera may provide a voice prompt).
* Add Device in App:
* Log in to the TrueCloud App.
* Tap the "+" button to add a new device.
* The app may automatically detect the camera if your phone's Bluetooth is enabled (known as Bluetooth distribution network). If a pop-up appears, select your camera and tap "Add."

* Entering your Wi-Fi network name and password.
* The app generates a QR Code on your phone's screen.

* Completion: The camera will announce a successful connection, and you can give your camera a name (e.g., "Living Room" or "Garage"). The device will then be available for live viewing in the TrueCloud app.

Once your camera is set up, you can access and manage its features through the TrueCloud App.
A. Monitoring and Control
* Remote Access: View live video footage and manage settings from your mobile phone or PC anywhere in the world, as long as your camera and phone have an internet connection.
* Pan-Tilt Functionality: For Robot and Pan-Tilt models, you can remotely control the camera's rotation (horizontal/vertical) to view different areas.
* Two-Way Audio: Use the built-in microphone and speaker for a half-duplex audio intercom feature to listen in or communicate with people near the camera.
* Digital Zoom: Use the app to digitally zoom in on the live video feed.
B. Video Recording and Storage
The camera supports two main storage options:
