MAYRA 4K Mirarcast Wi-Fi Wireless Display Adaptor/DLNA Wireless HDMI Screen Mirroring Wi-Fi Dongle

MAYRA 4K Miracast Wi-Fi Wireless Display Adaptor  is a versatile "plug-and-play" dongle designed to bridge your small screens (phones, tablets, laptops)

to a larger HDMI display like a TV or projector.
Key Specifications & Features
Resolution: Supports up to 4K Ultra HD (on compatible displays) and is backward compatible with 1080P Full HD.
Protocols: Supports Miracast (Android/Windows), AirPlay (iOS/macOS), and DLNA (media streaming).
Connectivity: Dual-band support (typically 2.4GHz/5GHz) to reduce lag and interference during streaming.
Compatibility: Works with Android 5.0+, iOS 9.0+, Windows 8.1/10/11, and macOS 10.10+.
No App Required: For basic mirroring, you don't need a third-party app, though the EZMira app is often recommended for firmware updates and advanced settings.
Hardware Setup
To get started, follow these physical connection steps:
 * HDMI: Plug the dongle into an available HDMI port on your TV or Monitor.
 * Power: Connect the included USB cable to the dongle’s Micro-USB port and the other end to a 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB power 8 (either your TV’s USB port or a wall adapter).
 * Antenna: Ensure the Wi-Fi antenna (usually attached to the power cable) is positioned where it has a clear line of sight to your device for better signal.
How to Connect Your Device
Once the "Ready to Connect" screen appears on your TV, follow the steps for your specific device:
For iPhone / iPad (iOS)
 * Go to your device's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network named MiraScreen-XXXX
Open the Control Center (swipe down from the top right).
Tap Screen Mirroring and select the MiraScreen device.
For Android (Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.)
Ensure your Wi-Fi is ON (you don't necessarily need to be connected to the dongle's Wi-Fi).
Swipe down the notification shade and find the cast icon (called Smart View, Cast, Wireless Display, or Screen Mirroring).
Select the dongle from the list to start mirroring.
For Windows Laptops
Press the Windows Key + K on your keyboard.
Select the Mayra/MiraScreen adapter from the "Connect" sidebar that appears.
Important Considerations
Paid Streaming Services: Due to HDCP copyright protection, this dongle (and most Miracast devices) may not support streaming content from apps like Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime from iOS devices. These apps usually work via Android if the "Google Home" app is used for casting.
Power Supply: If you experience frequent disconnections or a flickering screen, try using a dedicated wall charger instead of the TV's USB port, as some TV ports provide insufficient power.
